How to Book a Shabu Sai Reservation

Reservations Are Limited at Some Outlets
Not every outlet takes reservations the same way, some accept bookings only on weekdays and rely on walk-in queuing for weekends, and this can change. Always confirm directly with the outlet when you call, rather than assuming your preferred time slot is available.
When You Should Call Ahead
If You Can’t Get Through, or an Outlet Doesn’t Take Bookings
Walk-ins are accepted at every outlet. If you can’t reach anyone by phone or your chosen time isn’t available, arriving slightly before peak hours (just after opening, or before 12pm and 6pm) is the best way to minimise waiting.
A Note on Third-Party Booking Apps
Some Shabu Sai outlets have listings on restaurant booking platforms like Chope. As of our last check, these listings show the restaurant as not currently accepting reservations through that platform, so don’t rely on a third-party app showing a Shabu Sai listing as confirmation that online booking works. Call the outlet directly instead.
